Refund policy

PLEASE get all required measurements and ask all questions before you order. We don't want to send you the wrong product any more than you want to get it, so if you think it looks similar and you're not sure, drop us an email or give us a call.

We would much rather find out in advance that a part will not work for your project than ship it to you and find out that way.

 

Returns/refunds are dependent on the condition of the item.

• New/old surplus items THAT HAVE NOT BEEN USED are returnable with a 20% restocking fee and buyer pays shipping.
• Used Items are returnable with a 25% restocking fee and buyer pays shipping.
• Items sold as-is/for-parts are not returnable.
• Warranty is for 30 days from delivery unless otherwise indicated.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will work with you on any issues you may have with new or used items.
